Six Mile Creek Systems was founded on these principles:
- Everyone has a story to tell.
- Telling our stories is a fundamental part of being human.
- Dynamic media - film, video, animation, movies - collectively represent the most powerful and pervasive narrative form of our day.
- The barrier to producing a narrative movie is lower than ever before. Equipment is cheap and easy to use, and distribution is accessible (via the Web and DVDs).
- Movie production is itself inherently complex, time-consuming, and unpredictable, and is therefore difficult to manage.
- Not only is managing a movie production challenging for those who already know how to do it, it presents a substantial learning curve to those who don't.
- Production management can be both effectively taught and substantially simplified by well-designed software.
Concluding that software that addresses these principles doesn't currently exist, Six Mile Creek Systems exists to make that software - software that will simplify movie production and remove the biggest remaining obstacle to:
- regular people
- telling their own stories
- through making movies.

Because you can evaluate our products before you buy them, and because registration codes cannot be deactivated once they have been created, registration is non-refundable.
Proprietor
Timothy J. Weber has been building professional desktop software since the mid-1980s, focusing on audio, motion graphics, and user-interface design for creative applications. He has also acted in amateur theatre, written, directed, and acted in independent films, produced computer-animated shorts, and written and recorded music for theatre, film, and live performance.
